Clitoral pain or “clitorodynia” is abnormal pain of the clitoris. Most women experience a sharp stabbing or rawness or ittiration of the clitoris that is made worse by wearing tight clothes, walking or touching or movin in certain angles. The most common reason is the build-up of Keratin Pearls between the hood of the clitoris (prepuce) and the body of the clitoris . Other reasons for clitoral pain include skin conditions of the vulva, such as lichen sclerosus, injury to the pudendal nerve or dorsal branch of the pudendal nerve or a herniated disc in the sacral or lumbar spine.
